Job Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Real Estate Consultant to join their company
Job Summary :
Secure target key locations including trade area study and contracts negotiation. Keep abreast of any changes in KSA RE practices and trends Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying wellinformed of developments knowledge and innovation in relevant field of expertise.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Director of RE Development in developing the Real Estate policies and procedures
- Provide the needed support to the Director of RE Development in delivering information related to business expansion plan
- Assist the Director of RE Development in preparing the yearly development report that is required by Client Middle East Head Office
- Prepare required documents to get the Client license
- Organize maintain and update store sites files and make it easy to access when needed
- Secure target key locations including trade area study and contracts negotiation
- Keep abreast of any changes in KSA RE practices and trends
- Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying wellinformed of developments knowledge and innovation in the relevant field of expertise.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business administration or any related field
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills connections with a wide range of Riyadh landlords.
