      As a Senior Tech Lead you will lead the planning and development of various functions of our product. The target product is a B2B SaaS platform designed to facilitate corporate transactions swiftly. We provide core functions of payment systems such as code settlement transaction processing balance management and user authentication via APIs. Operating within a development environment that demands high technical expertise due to handling transactions in stores and managing user assets aspects like security and processing speed are critical.

      **Specific responsibilities include:**

      Leading the planning and architecture design for feature improvements and new feature development.
      Leading the technical aspects of the development team including technical validation technology selection and coding to solve technical challenges.
      Documenting and reviewing specifications and design documents.
      Ensuring quality through code reviews.
      Driving a PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct) cycle through the introduction and revamping of CI/CD for productivity and quality enhancement.
      Providing leadership and support both technically and behaviorally.

      **About the organization:**

      The department currently comprises nearly 100 members with an average age of 36 encompassing diverse backgrounds from startups system integration (SI) firms to the financial sector. Development is organized into scrum teams of 58 members including product managers tech leads and developers.

      • Over 5 years of experience in the full lifecycle of web application development from requirement analysis to design and development.

      • Expertise in serverless and microservices architecture using container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

    Conditions / Benefits

    Employment system: Fulltime

    Location: Kojimachi Chiyodaku Tokyo

    • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Kojimachi Station (Exit 2)
    • Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR Yotsuya Station
    • Approximately 9 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line/Ginza Line Akasakamitsuke Station (Exit D)
    • Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line/Yurakucho Line/Namboku Line Nagatacho Station (Exit 7)

    Annual Salary: 6.5M 12M JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience

    • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
    • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
    • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
    • Wage structure: Monthly salary
    • Retirement benefits: None

    Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

    • Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
    • The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
    • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
    • The flextime system does not have a core time.
