Consumer Business
We plan develop sell and operate games and digital services for home game consoles PCs and smart devices.
We deploy series with strong intellectual property (IP). With over 16 development and sales bases overseas we engage in unique content creation addressing local needs and expanding globally.
Amusement Business
Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.
In the merchandising business we plan develop produce and sell character merchandise prizes lotteries and other products for overseas retail.

Initiatives for New Business Creation
Our group has created numerous forms of entertainment. Leveraging our capabilities as a comprehensive entertainment group and a global studio structure we actively engage in creating new businesses.

Currently planning services that combine the latest technology and content we aim to pioneer new forms of entertainment as a leading company in the industry incorporating trends such as Web3.0 metaverse virtual YouTubers and more.

Roles and Responsibility

General technical artist work specializing in character or motion

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in character or motion production using MAYA
• Experience in building workflows for character or motion production
• Experience in Maya tool development. (Maya Python API 2.0 Python Qt C etc.)
• Japanese language ability to communicate smoothly on the job
• Excellent communication skills and be willing to work on his/her own initiative to identify and solve problems
• Experience in rigging highend characters. (Motion)

Preferred Requirements

• A knowledgeable person who is willing to proactively incorporate new technologies
• Knowledge and development experience in deep learning and machine learning
• Knowledge and experience in procedural modeling using Houdini and animation production using blendshapes
• Experience in developing scripts and plugins for DCC tools in general
• Experience in creating high mesh and procedural textures using ZBrush and Substance (Painter/Designer) as well as script development experience
• Unreal Engine shaders and Maya shader (HLSL or dx11 shader) development. (Character)

• Remote : Hybrid (Come to office 3 times a week

Annual Salary: 4M 9M JPY

• Salary revision: Once a year
• Bonus: Twice a year (June December) Performance bonus and incentives available
• Full overtime pay (no overtime for managers)
• Annual salary increased by 15% from July 2023

Hours: Flex: 8:00 22:00 (Core time: 10:30 15:30)
