Warehouse Customer Relation Manager

As they continue to expand their operations they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse & Customer Relation Manager to join their team for Singapore office.

Job Description:

They are looking for a Warehouse & Customer Relation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility and manage customer relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Additionally the Warehouse & Customer Relation Manager will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and shipping products. Coordinate orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

Monitor the inventory and report for any discrepancies

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products

Manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and inperson communication

Provide support to the sales team by processing orders and maintaining customer accounts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders deliveries or inventory

Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and protocols

Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Commerce Supply Chain Management or a related field

Proven experience in warehouse management and customer relations preferably in the beauty or retail & ecommerce sector will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Proficiency in ERP systems mainly such as SAP

Strong leadership and team management skills

Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
