Fitment Administrator

We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Fitment Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities :

• Assist technician supervisor in coordinating with technician on administrative issue (annual leave/medical leave)
• Ensure all installation photos and documents are submitted after work is completed
• Ensure technician has sufficient stock and assist in stock preparation
• Assist technician supervisor in month end stock take for technician
• Coordinate and ensure additional tools are available for complex installation
• Assist in month end reports for management review

Requirements :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in operation admin administrator cooperate admin or related field
• Have an experience cooperate with technician or worker would be advantage.
• A team player and also able to work independently
• Strong negotiation skills
• Processdriven
• Average English Skill (for email and reporting)
