Responsible for installation troubleshooting repair modification and preventive maintenance on all hydraulic systems electrical units controls and related wiring
Tasked with swiftly identifying and resolving process issues to minimize nonconformances
Handles inventory management of essential parts and motors and communicates procurement needs to management
Responsible for repairing and diagnosing 3phase 480v and process controls PLC and instrumentation controls
Expected to comprehend and utilize blueprints schematics drawings equipment manuals and parts lists
Applies expertise to maintain and troubleshoot process/plant equipment in an injection molding and/or compression molding facility
Responds promptly to and completes repairs during emergency situations
Ideal candidate should have 35 years of maintenance experience with electric and hydraulic injection molding machines within an industrial manufacturing setting
Should have 3 years of manufacturing experience with an emphasis on repair and maintenance of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic components of machinery
Preferred certifications or relevant training in electronics/PLC and hydraulics
Candidate should be selfmotivated and capable of working alone during highpressure scenarios
Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as required
Pay Range: Hourly position offering $3036 per hour plus overtime.
