Job Summary:

As a Finishing Technician at Central Moloney you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our finished products. Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor you will perform secondary operations on manufactured products assemble manufactured products and purchased parts and ensure that all work meets our stringent quality standards.

We are hiring for the shift Monday – Thursday from 6:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform secondary operations such as painting semiconductive coating applying epoxy shields and patching sawing cleaning degating drilling and deflashing.
• Assemble components including switches fuses bushings wells speed mounts and intermediate assemblies.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of finished components to meet specified standards.
• Pack parts for shipment and construct shipping crates.
• Follow written process procedures maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Communicate inspection results and quality issues to the Quality Control team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues as needed.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned showcasing versatility and commitment to excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
• Background check drug screen & physical examination required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control/inspection or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or a similar role is preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.
• Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
• PPE: Wear required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.
• Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
• Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
• Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
