Senior AIX Systems Engineer

Project Summary

is looking for a Senior Process Engineer who will serve as a liaison in tracking and ensuring that the IT change and release management cycle is followed within the FEP Bridge Team. There will be weekend support once a month to accommodate weekend IT releases/deployment.

Essential Functions

This role is for a task tracker not a task manager. This person will be coordinating and liasoning between the teams but not as a manager and will be provided a predefined process. This person will coordinate activities with internal technical teams as well as customers (other plans processing FEP claims through the FEP Bridge.) This person needs to understand technology as far as the components and pieces of the process but they are willing to train the DevOps process for the right person.
Top Five Skills Required

Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience communicating with both nontechnical and technical resources.
3 years of experience in Process Engineering with a background in DevOps or working with technical teams.
Bachelors degree or in lieu of an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.

Nice to have skills

Experience working within IT Change or Release management teams
Experience in highly regulated environment such as finance or healthcare industries

Education

Bachelors degree or in lieu of an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
