Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Clients/Internal Team/other stakeholders as per project requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with Clients / Internal Team / other stake holders to finalize layouts detail drawings etc. and drive value engineering initiatives such as cost effective and preferential services for Bosq
- Lead the development brief containing project details and ensure timely submission of the same to the Clients / Internal Team / other stake holders
- Lead all discussions and negotiations with Clients/other stakeholders Evaluate quotes and finalize their appointment in consultation with the Top Management
- Ensure timely provision of support to Site Teams for any related clarifications; Conduct site visits to monitor progress
- Review all drawings created by Design team at different stages of the Project lifecycle.
- Provide support in preparation of the Master schedule in a timely manner; provide timely response to queries of Clients / other stake holders.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in the related field.
- 5years relevant work experience in Project management or similar field preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Willing to travel as per project requirements.
