As a Finance Assistant you will provide highquality administrative support for the finance team reporting to our Finance Director.
Ideally would have a proven background of successfully supporting a business and the management team can instantly build trusted relationships and work under pressure in a busy and fastpaced office.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
Vaarst is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:
Act as the first point of contact for the finance team
Monitoring the team inbox
Adding new suppliers to the Xero accounting system
Inputting invoices onto Xero
Inputting credit card transactions onto Xero
Working with colleagues and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
Checking statements from suppliers and reconcile to Xero
Assisting with reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards at month end
Assisting with weekly payment runs
Review and input expenses onto Xero
Assist with month end processes
General administrative tasks for the team
Manage or assist with small projects and ad hoc tasks
