Temp - Administrative - Supply Chain Distribution Tech Days Dallas TX

Position: Temp Administrative Supply Chain Distribution Technician

Pay is $20/per hour to $23/per hour ( as per experience )

Location: Dallas TX 75235

Job Type: Fulltime Contracual

Contract: 13 weeks ( Extremely extendable )

Shift: Days Nights & Afternoons :: 2:30p10:30p 40 hrs/week 10p6:30a 40 hrs/week

Weekend Requirements: Wednesday Tuesday

Education:

high school diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years experience in Logistics Supply Chain Mgmt preferably in Healthcare Industry

Must be able to perform daily inspections of supply locations ensuring proper product rotation/performance of cycle counts

Responsibilities:

Must be able to read and write. Knowledge of inventory control procedures. Must be able to understand and utilize the inventory distribution and receiving capabilities of an ERP platform. Must be able to successfully pass a Basic Math test as established by Talent Acquisition with a minimum score of 80%. Must be able to successfully pass a Basic Spelling test as established by Talent Acquisition with a minimum score of 80%. Must demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills. Able to operate handling equipment including handtrucks pickers pallet jacks and other powered warehouse equipment. Ability to effectively communicate with patients physicians family members and coworkers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles.

1. Accept and validate incoming orders; compare information on the packing slip with the purchase order to verify the accuracy of shipment and report discrepancies for resolution; document and resolve discrepancies and variances to replenish the inventory PAR levels.

2. Performs all replenishment and distribution processes within the SAP System with accuracy and attention to detail in an efficient and timely manner. Processes and resolves all necessary actions to process issues/return
