SCOPE
1. Devise approach to solving complex problems;
2. Manage conflicting stakeholder expectations;
3. Manage project scope;
4. Refocus efforts as issues/problems dynamically change in Customer environment;
5. Design and conduct workshops;
6. Identify the appropriate approach tools and methodologies to perform analysis and draw conclusions;
7. Full leadership for managing delegated endtoend creation of project deliverables;
8. Help team to develop new insights from the analysis;
9. Prioritize the recommendations based on ease of implementation and impact;
10. Provide ongoing updates to Customer on engagement status;
11. Solicit feedback on interim deliverables;
12. Manage project escalations;
13. Manage engagement financials revenue and profitability;
14. Provide subject matter expertise on a specific area within a domain/technology/service; and
15. Exhibit high level of skills in data aggregation and analysis leading to development of value proposition in solution development.
Job Qualifications
1. Expertise in communications domain;
2. Expertise in identifying and defining problems analysis and developing recommendations;
3. Extensive experience managing consulting engagements;
4. Specialist in managing the engagement financials & operations; and
5. High level of ethics judgment communication and people skills.
