Job Description:

Systems Analyst Professionals design create evaluate and document ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems. They may propose modifications to the existing systems and processes or design new systems to meet user needs as expressed in requirements documentations or user stories.

Senior Systems Analysts are responsible for translating business needs into ICT system requirements and specifications for enhancements. It includes designing analyzing and documenting software systems to meet business expectations. They are responsible for writing functional specifications from the business requirements.

Senior Systems Analysts:

promote and deliver flexible quality service and products to improve customer experience.

work under the limited direction of senior staff to deliver results.

undertake complex work.

make ethical evidencebased decisions using sound judgment

anticipate and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations.

Demonstrated experience implementing secure web based business solutions, specifically: experience developing web APIs using Azure API Manager and customer facing web portal development using .NET Framework (including .NET Core) and ASP.NET Experience developing single-page web applications using either Angular 7+ or React Demonstrated experience in Azure based solution implementation, including: Azure technologies, such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL and Azure Service Bus and Azure API Manager Azure DevOps and Visual Studio for code development, management, repositories and deployments (CI/CD) integrating custom built apps with third-party systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
