Job Title: Market HR Director

Location: Henderson NC

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week

Pay range: USD According To Experience Annually/Yearly benefits

MustHaves

1 Five years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on Employee Relations Talent Acquisition Talent Management Training and Development and Compensation Management preferably in the healthcare industry.

2 Previous experience overseeing the employee relations of a large number of employees in multisite setting highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law CMS OSHA and TJC regulatory compliance.

3 A bachelors degree.
