Our esteemed client in Australia is actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join their educational team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching a strong understanding of primary education and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To be considered for this role applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in primary education.
• Provide evidence of qualifications work history a valid passport and police clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
• Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback and support to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues parents and the school community to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in primary teaching.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in education.
• Strong understanding of primary education curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Physical stamina to manage classroom activities and outdoor supervision.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written to ensure effective communication.
