Scope of the Role:

We're seeking a creative and driven Product and Content Designer to join our growing team! You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content across various channels while also designing eyecatching product labels for our cosmetic line. We need a graphic designer to help with creating & updating product labels designing new products and imagery for trade shows our website online listings etc.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Develop engaging content for multiple platforms (website social media email etc.)
• Design visually appealing product labels
• Work in a fastpaced creative environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Product Design:

• Design product labels for our cosmetic line including new launches and existing product updates.
  • Source illustrations photos and artwork for use on product labels (as needed).
• Work collaboratively with the team while also independently generating creative design ideas for labels.

1. Content Creation & Ideation:

• Design engaging content (photos videos etc.) for various marketing channels:
  • Website
  • Social media (Instagram TikTok Facebook)
  • Email newsletters
  • External ecommerce sites (e.g. Amazon)
  • Printed trade show assets
• Develop original content ideas (not just execute on existing ones)
• Create a mix of reallife photographs and videos (filming included) alongside digital renderings for your content.

Optional: Social Media Management

• Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms using the content you develop (an additional responsibility).

Requirements:

• Must Have: C1 English level with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must Have: 25 years of demonstrated experience in content design or a related field with the ability to manage and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Mastery of design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Illustrator) is essential.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices for various content formats (photos videosgraphics etc.).
• Experience with social media marketing platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook) is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic photography and videography techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetic industry (a plus).
