Description:
- Coordinate and plan sitewide training requirements at Dexter MI location.
- Ensure compliance with medical device standards while minimizing impact on production schedules and product delivery.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing management and HR to execute training programs at the newly acquired site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Master Training Calendar Ownership: Maintain and manage the Master Training Calendar for Dexter MI Operations.
- Single Point of Contact for Training Assignments: Accountable for all Cornerstone Training Assignments.
- Proactive Training Deployment: Plan and deploy trainings for Direct Labor using SMEs to meet adult learning objectives.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Confirm training assignments in the LMS.
- Plan and coordinate complex training schedules for manufacturing across multiple shifts.
- Occasionally perform onthejob skills and classroom training in assembly and production areas.
- Develop and implement new training programs and processes for manufacturing areas.
- Maintain training rosters examination records and certification records; monitor trainees as needed.
- Provide support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers including assembly machinery processing packaging and/or distribution.
- Set up and operate machines and related equipment in continuous production/processing operations.
- Report malfunctions or abnormalities in machines making adjustments as necessary.
- Engage in shipping receiving inventory control or storage of products in distribution centers.
