Job Description
Designation Sr. Collections Executive
Location Bengaluru
Working Days: 6 Days (WFO)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Solely responsible for the assigned portfolio.
2. Solely responsible for individual targets.
3. Solely responsible for preparing collection strategy for own portfolio towards maximum collection.
4. Taking ownership to ensure seamless collection
5. Responsible for following the collection code of conducts.
6. Responsible for resolution of Customer queries complaints within TAT
7. Should be able to handle agency as well as internal groups for collection related queries and real time solutions.
8. Ability to work with cross functional teams.
Requirement & Skills
1. Candidate must be a graduate.
2. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
3. Additional language like Tamil Kannada Malayalam and Telugu will be an advantage
4. Good knowledge of Ms Excel word internet & email
5. Capable of working efficiently in a fast paced environment and under pressure
