The Business Analyst and CRM Manager will play a critical role in setting up and managing the CRM system ensuring effective communication within the team and creating detailed reports on activities and deadlines. This role will also involve creating and managing a database of universities and enterprises conducting market analysis and performing competitor benchmarking. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills experience with CRM systems and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Set up configure and maintain the CRM system to support the university relations team s needs.
- Communication Coordination: Manage daytoday communications within the university relations team ensuring information is effectively shared and deadlines are met.
- Database Management: Create and manage a comprehensive database of universities and enterprises using the CRM/Project Management Tool.
- Reporting: Develop and generate detailed reports on team activities project statuses and upcoming deadlines providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and potential challenges within the higher education sector.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze competitors offerings strategies and performance to identify areas where Kalvium can gain a competitive advantage.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisions and improve processes within the university relations department.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of process improvement in collaboration with University Relations Head to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the university relations team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for universityrelated initiatives.
An Ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analyst and CRM Role preferably within the education or Edtech sector with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Lead Squared Salesforce HubSpot) and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate team activities and manage communications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and generating reports.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field. A master s degree is preferred.
