Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments and providing specialized care as per individual needs.
• Administering medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
• Documenting patients medical histories and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensuring infection control measures and maintaining a safe patient environment.
• Monitoring and interpreting vital signs and other critical indicators.
• Providing patient and family education on disease management and treatment plans.
• Assisting in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent certification.
• Valid nursing license from the State Nursing Board.
• Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records.
• Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in highpressure situations.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
