Overview
The Staff Nurse role at our healthcare facility in Rajpura Punjab is crucial for delivering quality patient care and ensuring the smooth functioning of our nursing department. The Staff Nurse will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate care administering medication and collaborating with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments and providing specialized care as per individual needs.
- Administering medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
- Documenting patients medical histories and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensuring infection control measures and maintaining a safe patient environment.
- Monitoring and interpreting vital signs and other critical indicators.
- Providing patient and family education on disease management and treatment plans.
- Assisting in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate interventions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent certification.
- Valid nursing license from the State Nursing Board.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
