Design Engineer

• Expertise in packaging or any relevant domain.
• Hands on experience on solid edge / solid work software.
• Conceptualize design and develop Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) solutions from initial concept to final product realization.
• Collaborate with clients sales and project management teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Conduct feasibility studies research and analysis to determine the technical feasibility and viability of proposed machinery solutions.
• Perform structural and mechanical analysis to ensure designs meet safety performance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials) and work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to source components and materials.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing assembly and testing phases troubleshooting any designrelated issues that may arise.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize designs for costeffectiveness efficiency and performance improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in SPM manufacturing to drive innovation and competitiveness.
