Lead Full Stack Developer (ReactJS)
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with leadership experience and a passion for creating communitybased websites enhanced with latest tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Fuzia.AI from concept to launch which will be a community platform integrating AI and latest tools.
Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
Translate designs and wireframes into highquality efficient code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
Lead and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Manage the full development cycle including both frontend and backend development.
Integrate ML and AI capabilities into the communitybased website.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree: A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is often preferred.
Bootcamps and Certifications: Completing coding bootcamps or obtaining certifications specific to React.js can also be beneficial.
Required/MustHave Skills
JavaScript Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
React.js Expertise: Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles with experience in popular React.js workflows.
Data Structures: Experience with data structure libraries (e.g. Immutable.js).
Isomorphic React: Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Authorization Mechanisms: Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
FrontEnd Build Tools: Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
Development Tools: Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel Webpack NPM etc.
Business and Technical Translation: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Optimization: A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
Version Control: Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git/SVN.
Backend Knowledge: Experience with backend technologies and frameworks.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience in a development environment.
GoodtoHave Skills
Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
Experience in developing community platforms or SaaS products.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing products
