Job Description:
BizVidya an educational services startup specializing in data science and AI is seeking a passionate and experienced Technology Mentor to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Technology Mentor you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring students enrolled in our data science and AI courses helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized mentorship and guidance to students enrolled in data science and AI courses.
- Assist students in understanding complex technical concepts and applying them to realworld projects and scenarios.
- Offer constructive feedback on student work helping them identify areas for improvement and develop their technical proficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert answering student questions and providing additional resources and insights to enhance their learning experience.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment encouraging students to share ideas ask questions and engage in discussions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends tools and technologies in the fields of data science and AI and share relevant insights with students.
- Collaborate with other members of the BizVidya team to continuously improve and innovate our educational programs and offerings.
- Generate leads and referrals by actively promoting BizVidyas courses and mentorship services within your network and industry circles.
- Represent BizVidya professionally in all interactions with students partners and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and expertise in data science artificial intelligence machine learning or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to students with varying levels of experience.
- Previous experience mentoring or teaching students in a technical or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a passion for helping others succeed in their learning and career goals.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and platforms for virtual mentorship sessions.
- Located in Hyderabad or surrounding areas with flexibility for remote work.
- Bachelors degree or higher in computer science engineering mathematics or a related field is preferred but not required.
This is a freelance position with no fixed salary. Compensation will be based on a commission structure with earnings determined by the number of students mentored and the success of our educational programs. As a Technology Mentor at BizVidya youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of tech professionals while growing your own skills and expertise in data science and AI.
