Use LEAN implementation and methodologies.

All change match business objectives

Deliver LEAN transformation plans & improvement.

continuous improvement transformation activities aligned Lean Operating System.

delivery of lean tools to all levels within the sites, (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Set-up reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, SQDC boards, MDI, etc.).
.
** Manufacturing experience in: Print / Labelling / Packaging – Strong Advantage **
