    Purpose of the Position

    Responsible for developing Recruiting processes for organizations committed to the sustainability of their value chain.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordination of initial client liaison for DNA profiling development.
    • DNA Profile Development.
    • Call for applications: Search and attraction of candidates through internal and external matteria networks.
    • Profile filtering and preselection.
    • Telephone interviews with preselected candidates.
    • Profile preselection.
    • Development and delivery of Project Progress Reports (Week 1 and 2).
    • Virtual interviews with preselected applicants.
    • Application of technical tests to preselected applicants.
    • Application of psycholabor tests to preselected applicants.
    • Development of Evaluation Reports for final shortlist candidates.
    • Delivery of shortlist or final selection to the client.
    • Consultative support to the organization and profiles throughout the project.
    • Scheduling interviews between the client and the candidates on the shortlist.
    • Accompanying and advising clients in the closing process if requested.
    • Notification and thanks to final unsuccessful candidates.
    • Closure of the selection process.
    • Registration of information in matteria platforms and tools.
    • Followup with the organization and selected profile at month 1 3 6 and later

    Requirements and competences to work with us

    • Discipline autonomy and emotional independence to work in Freelance format.
