Set clear achievable goals milestones and KPIs for effective customer collaboration
Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers to monitor progress towards established goals ensuring alignment and success
Develop refine and implement efficient processes to enhance customer experiences
Lead seamless customer onboarding processes ensuring comprehensive user guidance
Oversee Customer Relationship Management initiatives to prevent churn and boost retention
Manage and synthesize customer feedback collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement
Prior experience in Customer Success/Account Management roles emphasizing renewal management churn prevention and fostering strong client relationships
Technical knowledge to effectively communicate product details and troubleshoot customer inquiries
A proactive handson mentality with the ability to work independently
Proficient in crossteam collaboration and relationship building
Demonstrated selforganizational skills
Exceptional feedback management skills including data analysis and reporting
A dedicated customercentric mindset focused on meeting and exceeding client needs
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
