IT Operations Assistant Paid Internship

Are you a tech enthusiast looking to make an impact in a dynamic startup environment Were looking for someone awesome to handle a variety of IT and technical support tasks that keep our team running smoothly.

Tasks

• Onboarding/Offboarding: Seamlessly integrate new hires and manage departures.
• Email Groups: Create and delete email groups as needed.
• Tech Support: Be the first line of defense for technical/IT issues.
• Notion Maintenance: Keep our Notion workspace organized and uptodate.
• Zapier Integrations: Check and maintain the state of our Zapier integrations.
• Security Setup: Set up and monitor warehouse security cameras.

Requirements

• Availability: Able to commit 20 hours per week with the possibility of moving to a fulltime position.
• Languages: Must be fluent in English and German.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and excellent Googling skills.
• Experience with Notion and Google Workspace is a plus but not required.
