Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project plans.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and proposing solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other related documents.
- Perform financial analysis and budgeting for projects, ensuring accurate and efficient use of resources.
- Manage project-related accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and project audits.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the project management team.
