Program Manager

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. The program manager should preferably have a recognized project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.

Leadership and Management Skills: The program manager must have the ability to lead the team and direct them to achieve the program objectives, manage resources and plan projects effectively, and deal with challenges and solve problems that arise during program implementation.

Knowledge of project management tools: The program manager must have in-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, task tracking and schedule management software.

Communication skills: The program manager must have the ability to communicate effectively with the business team, partners, and customers, clarify goals and expectations, and manage expectations.
