Currently we are looking for a person who will join us in the position of:

Country Manager for Ukrainian Market

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Budget execution along with achieving revenue targets (that includes attracting new customers and crosssell and upsell )
  • Responsibility for local Team participating in recruitment processes onboarding and mentoring for the new Team Members taking care of team satisfaction and effectiveness
  • Establishing and maintaining longterm relationships with our Partners Clients and local Google Cloud Team
  • Supporting your Team Members in sales process as well as visiting the customers
  • Establishing sales and marketing strategy based on companies business plans
  • Market research and analysis adapting the sales and marketing strategy to local conditions
  • Planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities tailored to target groups
  • Full ownership of local operations work closely with CRO Sales Marketing and Tech Teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an individual entrepreneur or building the companys structures from scratch
  • Business orientation ideally proven by experience and success track record
  • Managerial experience with building and running the Team as the owner of market operations
  • Excellent Problemsolving attitude
  • Extraordinary negotiation skills in B2B sales channels
  • English language on a very good level (C1) and Romanian on native level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • You worked crossfunctionally between Sales Customer Success Marketing
  • Interest in the technology especially cloud solutions would be an asset
