Production Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Executive to join our Greenfield project team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management strong problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a startup environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the production processes ensuring efficiency and maintaining highquality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or project scope.

• Process Management:

  • Oversee daytoday production activities and ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

• Resource Management:

  • Manage resources including materials equipment and labor to optimize production.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement activities.

• Team Supervision:

  • Supervise and train production staff ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• Quality Control:

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

• Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of production activities including output downtime and resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present production reports to management.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Production Management or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in production management or project management are a plus.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Production Executive or similar role preferably in a Greenfield project or startup environment.
  • Experience with production planning and process improvement.

• Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
