Role Description:
• Candidate will be expected to perform developments / enhancements and provide support in OpenText Extended ECM and SAP VIM covering following regular aspects:o Understand business requirements from Tickets assigned (Tools: JIRA C4C etc.)o Perform detailed analysis and checks to acquaint good understanding about the process where necessary carry out analysis of existing processeso Do not show over dependence on existing document or expect any form of spoon feeding of information from customer / KT will be extremely less or limitedo Initiate discussions with users / business as necessary to raise relevant questionso Propose Solution in the ticket. Discuss with IT or Users team as necessary.o Carry out configurationso Perform testing first internally and then support user for testingo Deployment in line with processes set by client
Competencies: OpenText Vendor Invoice Management(VIM)

Essential Skills:
• Must have good experience in writing documentation with regards to Functional Specification BPML User Training Manuals
• Preference to candidates with experience in Telecom or Banking / Financial Services industry
• Analytical thinker having good creativity and problemsolving skills
• Experience in leading the Functional discussions along with key users
• Highly developed interpersonal Very good communication skill to interact with Business teams to gather business requirements
• Experience to work in an onsite / offshore model / Good team player
• Experience in an Agile environment will be preferred
• Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Desirable Skills:
• Good to have relevant technical certifications
