Manage grants
Provides day-to-day coordination for grants administrative operations including preparation and processing of simplified agreements, modification and financial reports for awarded grants.
Review grantees submitted reports and correspondence.
Monitoring subrecipient compliance.
Supports in grants application review.
Oversees document and information management to ensure records and databases are current and complete.
Works with the Grants Specialist and Grants Coordinator to gather and review Pre-Award documentation.
Support grants team processing, ensuring timely disbursement of funds and tracking grant payments.
grant agreements from initiation to invoice approvals.
Provide technical support to grantees and internal staff on grant-related matters.
Supports grants team initiatives or practice-area wide initiatives.
Maintain grant information within our database system (Fluxx), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assists with preparing reports and financial data.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (e.g., management, economics, finance, public administration, etc.)
0-2 year of applicable office or administrative support experience or experience in data use/data management.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
Strong attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - and willing to learn a variety of applications.
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be willing to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, ask questions, desire to learn new skills, embrace a collaborative problem-solving approach, and be willing to help where help is needed.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong critical thinking and analysis, planning and problem-solving skills.
