Job Description
Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial and risk management operations. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing cash flow strategies financial metrics and control systems to protect company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves close collaboration with the executive team to guide financial planning and provide insights into the company s financial performance.
Salary Range: $250k350k/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and achieve financial goals aligned with the company s growth strategy.
- Oversee the accounting department to ensure efficient operations and accurate financial systems.
- Implement and review internal controls and financial procedures.
- Select and integrate systems and software for essential financial and operational data.
- Advise the executive team on financial planning and fiscal matters.
- Develop and manage risk management plans based on the company s risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and government regulations.
- Promote transparent communication between finance and other departments.
- Create performance metrics to support strategic initiatives.
- Engage in funding new and ongoing projects.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree (MBA and/or CPA).
- Indepth knowledge of finance accounting and business operations.
- Strong strategic and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
