Job Description
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related field. Some positions may require a master's degree in engineering management or a related field.
Technical Skills: Experience managing and coordinating construction activities and construction projects, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and risk management. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
Leadership and communication skills: The ability to lead the work team and direct them to achieve project objectives, and direct the daily operations of the project. It also requires the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams.
