Job Description
Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in interface design, user experience, or related field. It is preferable that the candidate has practical experience in designing and developing interfaces.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in interface design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop. May also include knowledge of front-end programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to communicate: Ability to communicate effectively with the development team and customers to understand user needs and ensure satisfactory user experience interface design.
Ability to lead and motivate: Ability to lead and motivate the interface team to achieve set goals, ensure design quality and compliance with customer requirements.
