Summary of Position:

GR0 is seeking a detailoriented and supportive Enterprise Account Associate to join our dynamic omnichannel marketing team. This role is a unique opportunity to support the work of our Enterprise Account Managers and omnichannel marketing groups with a focus on task management internal coordination and data analysis tasks. Reporting directly to the Director of Client Activation you will play a key role in facilitating the smooth operation of our marketing initiatives helping to ensure client satisfaction and business goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Account Manager and Marketing Group Director(s) in managing and executing tasks related to omnichannel digital marketing clients.
• Assist in the coordination of internal omnichannel communication to ensure seamless operation across marketing efforts.
• Perform delegated data tasks and analysis to support marketing strategies and client campaign needs such as preparation and updating of client reporting decks prior to weekly calls.
• Provide internal support for the marketing groups helping to streamline operations and foster interdepartmental cohesion.
• Assist in the identification of upsell and crosssell opportunities within the omnichannel book of business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in the same or similar role
• Foundational knowledge or experience in marketing account support or a related role.
• A basic understanding or keen interest in omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics.
• An ability to support and collaborate on multiparty initiatives.
• Good organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• An interest in data analysis with a willingness to learn about reporting tools.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Data Analytics or a related field.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey information across all levels of the organization.
