Accounts Senior

TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is hiring on behalf of an excellent chartered accountancy practice based in Folkestone. They are seeking an Accounts Senior for a general practice role involving accounts tax bookkeeping and VAT.

The ideal candidate can be either qualified or qualified by experience. This position offers a progressive and rewarding career with significant autonomy. The firm provides study support along with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing statutory accounts
  
• Assisting with management accounts production
  
• Handling personal tax corporate tax and VAT returns
  
• Performing general bookkeeping duties using Xero or Quickbooks
  
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees
  

Requirements

• You will be studying your ACCA / ACA or be qualified or qualified by experience.
  
• You will have substantial experience within a UK accountancy practice preparing accounts tax and other responsibilities for a mixed client base of sole traders partnerships and limited companies.
