This is what the position looks like:
Being part of a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of plastic recycling, you will be responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.
In this role, you will define our current and future hiring profiles, identify the types of people we need, and set up a recruitment strategy to attract them. You will tell the BlueAlp story, approach potential candidates, and attend interviews with hiring managers. With approximately 20 vacancies per year, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we hire the right people to drive our business forward.
Additionally, you will work on setting up a talent management and learning track within the organization, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge to grow and succeed. You will collaborate with the marketing department to build and improve our employer brand and represent BlueAlp at events such as TU career days and trade fairs to increase our visibility.

You will get lots of freedom to shape the role to the best interest of BlueAlp and you will be pioneering and stand between all departments.
You are available for 32 to 40 hours.
Working partly from home is a possibility and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.
First you will receive a one-year contract, which will be followed by a permanent employment upon good performance.
Monthly you will receive an attractive gross salary around € 3,500 (based on 40 hours per week and depending on your knowledge and experience).
Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
You are eligible for a collective company bonus, based on business and individual performance.
Annual leave entitlements consist of 27 vacation days and 13 adv days for full-time employment.
We have a good pension plan (PME).
A laptop will be provided to you.

What to bring?
Professional and intellectual skills at the level of a bachelor’s or master’s degree holder.
Several years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar occupation.
Professional command of the English language. Both verbally and in writing.
Good administrative skills.
With your social skills you know how to build teams and can work at an operational level.
You stand for what you sell, and you consider persuasion an artform.
And preferably you live around Eindhoven.
