Job Description

We are looking for Compensation & Benefit Specialist who will designs, implements and manages compensation programs, analyzes data to ensure competitiveness and compliance, and supports total rewards initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Compensation and Benefits Leadership to develop and refine compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Designing and implementing competitive salary structures, salary benchmarking against competitors, pay scales, and incentive plans tailored to various roles and job families.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of total rewards programs. This includes managing salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining accurate records of compensation related data.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive total reward programs, including but not limited to employee recognition, medical insurance, and other initiatives, to foster a culture of achievement and strategically align with the company's goals.
  • Conducts job evaluations and analysis to determine the appropriate compensation levels for different roles within the organization. Review job descriptions, responsibilities, and qualifications to assess the relative worth of positions and ensure internal equity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather budget needs, analyze market data, salary trends, and organizational goals to create the annual compensation and benefits budget. Prepare annual HR budget transactions, review and compare P&L statements, and CAPEX/OPEX transactions to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets compensation and benefits data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, prepare reports and presentations on total rewards-related topics, including but not limited to budget utilization, salary trends, and cost projections.
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to improve total rewards processes, streamline administrative tasks, and enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of total rewards programs by ensuring the implementation of best practices.
  • Ensures that total rewards practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay up to date with changes in legislation and provide guidance to HR teams and managers to ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of total rewards strategy with broader people and culture strategy and business objectives, including but not limited to total rewards inquiries, partnering with total rewards vendors, communicating policies and programs.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field o Professional Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD Level 5/7
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in a relevant role

Skills / Competencies required

  • Knowledge of HRIS Systems and Software, preferably Oracle HRMS
  • Proficient in Total Rewards methodologies and principles
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
