Yourmission:
As the group CFO you will be responsible for the entire financial management of the company including investment strategy cash flow management controlling accounting financial reporting fundraising and more. You will be a true business partner to the founders assisting them in achieving the companys ambitious goals.
Your responsibilities:
To successfully fulfill your mission at Foodles your main activities will include:
Business Partner Role:
Assist the founders in the companys growth strategy and investment strategy (fundraising and external growth)
Support members of the executive committee in theirfinancial matters and help them manage their scope
Participate in the executive committee and contribute tostrategic decisions
Assist in managing the opening of group subsidiaries in France and internationally.
Reporting and controlling:
Establish reporting for investors
Implement internal reporting to facilitate decisionmaking
Ensuring good visibility of the profitability of our offerings and optimize costs
Develop the companys budget and plan in line with strategic choices and Foodles ambition.
Accounting:
Ensure the reliability of the companys accounts and the preparation of financial and accounting documents in compliance with regulations
Oversee the consolidation of financial data and enforce French and international accounting standards
Cash management
Monitor cash flow and analyze deviations from forecasts
Manage the companys debt
Track DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and DPO (Days Payable Outstanding)levels and maintain these indicators at target levels
Negote credit lines and implement leasing
Legal and regulatory
Manage annual closing procedures
Manage the relationship and tasks of auditors
Control the companys legal commitments (insurance companies partners clients)
Ensure compliance with legislation and performlegal and contractual monitoring
Management
Lead and supervise a team of around twenty people
Support the team in structuring and developing their skills
Your profile:
You are the Group CFO we are looking forif you identify the following profile:
You have 10 years of experience in finance (Audit Transaction ServicesFinance Controller CFO)
You have similar experience in a company with over 200 employees
You have experience in hightgrowth environmentbalancing a bigpicture perspective with operational aspects of the role
You are recognized for your managerial skills and leadership
Good knowledge of the innovation ecosystem (R&D Tax Credit Young Innovative Company Status Public Investment Bank)
Fluent in English
