As we gear up for our next phase of growth we are looking for a new Customer Success Manager:in (f/m/d) to take care of our customers.

Your mission!

  • Onboarding: You have a keen sense of our customers needs guide them through the onboarding process and help them maximize their use of plancraft.
  • Customer Care: You are the face of plancraft for our users their direct contact ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Turning Users into Fans: You proactively build and maintain longterm relationships with our customers.
  • Account Management: You identify upselling and crossselling opportunities ensuring these chances are effectively utilized.
  • Success Content: You create content on best practices and workflows empowering customers to progress independently.
  • Webinars and Meetings: You hold webinars and customer meetings to provide further guidance training and support.
  • Process Design: Weve always done it this way isnt your style Great! Develop systems and processes that help prioritize and make us more efficient.
  • Improving plancraft: You analyze customer feedback derive actions from it and work crossfunctionally on ideas.
  • KPI Monitoring: You continuously monitor key performance indicators to ensure goaloriented work and measure the success of your work.SalaryThe salary for this position is between 40000 and 60000 per year depending on your experience.

Your profile

  • A commercial apprenticeship and initial experience in customer service or
  • A degree in business administration/economics (business) psychology industrial engineering or a similar field
  • Enjoy daily contact with different people and helping others makes you happy
  • High level of empathy and always a smile on your face
  • Entrepreneurial independent thinking and acting strong communication skills selfconfident appearance
  • Experience with web applications #Cloud especially CRM systems (Hubspot Salesforce etc.) and project management (Asana Notion etc.)
