Job Description

As an Engineering Manager you will first build and then lead a team of productminded developers. Additionally you will contribute to development to build and continuously improve our Softwareasaservice product. You will solve challenging customer and architecture problems through scalable and resilient software built on a modern tech stack and microservice architecture. You will operate as part of the Application Discovery tribe. We build integrations that discover applications interfaces and data objects helping our customers quickly and thoroughly uncover the current architecture landscape. The team has a strong customercentric mindset: We actively participate in customer meetings to gather firsthand feedback. Our mission is to:

  • Build visibility into used capabilities in and and detection of nonstandard capabilities.

Your main objective is to lead your team and yourself:

  • Help shape and build your team by leading the hiring efforts and then continue scaling it.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who likes to:

  • 5 years of proven track record engineering experience along our technical stack or similar.
  • Experience as a leader of engineering teams.
