Senior System Admin

Design and implement upgrades, new systems, and software applications to meet changing business needs, in collaboration with other IT professionals and departments.

- Manage the organizations servers, San and NAS storages, operating systems, and applications, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure.

- Monitor system performance, identify and debug issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide 2nd layer support for the technical support team to resolve hardware and software issues and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.

- Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to protect critical information during system failure.

- Create and maintain documentation on IT systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations and facilitate knowledge sharing among IT staff members.

- Handle system security, access, and authorization to protect the organizations data and systems from unauthorized access.

- Train and mentor junior IT staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively manage IT systems, and to keep up with technological advancements.
