Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and creativity.
- Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure a productive and efficient team.
- Create processes and procedures to enhance and support design practices
- Oversee the entire design project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery,
ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Maintain a close follow-up on project schedules, providing daily,weekly, monthly, and annual updates to ensure projects stay on track.
- Provide creative direction and ensure that design concepts align with the client's objectives and brand identity.
