As an entry-level position, the Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong teamwork and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Order office supplies and maintain inventory - Manage office equipment and schedule repairs/maintenance as needed - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments - Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures - Create and update office policies and procedures
