Job Description
- Set up design strategy to align with business objectives and user needs.
- Execute design projects while adhering to Dubai government standards and regulations.
- Utilize web analytics tools to analyze user behavior patterns, including page views, time spent on site, and conversion rates.
- Determine average usage frequency and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define user groups and personas to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
- Develop as-is and to-be user journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for optimization.
- Benchmark features and flows against industry standards and competitors.
- Identify basic gaps in existing designs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create user flows that guide users through the product seamlessly.
