Description:

The file transfer engineer will join the Global File ServicesEngineering group which manages the shared file transfer platforms used by the Company to transfer file internally and externally. The file transfer engineer main responsibilities will be as follows:


Enhancement of the shared file transfer platforms used by the Company with the addition of file scanning capabilities
Lead the technical design development and documentation of crossfunctional multiplatform distributed application systems
Analyze define and document requirements for data workflow and logical processes and interfaces with other systems
Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved by coordinating coding testing change implementation and documentation

Looking for 3 file transfer engineers
Open to 100% remote
5 day work week: Sunday (12am8am EST) then 4 business days (7am3pm EST)
Shared files transfer
File scanning capabilities
OpenText BizLink
Linux OS
Scripting (Shell Python) is a big plus
Financial services experience is a plus but not required
College degree is not required if candidate has relevant professional experience
