Oracle HCM Reports Developer

ob Summary: We are seeking two highly qualified Oracle HCM Reports Developers with proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports to meet the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports using Oracle HCM BI Publisher and OTBI.
Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report development and usage.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of the reports.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and implement new report functionalities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Reports Developer.
Proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
