Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview:

As a Branch Advisor (Mortgage Agent) you will be an integral part of one of our dynamic branches each led by a senior Branch Manager. This role is perfect for newer mortgage agents (Agent License Level One or Level Two) who are eager to grow their careers. You will assist clients with their mortgage needs provide exceptional service and contribute to the growth and success of your branch.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in understanding their mortgage options and guide them through the mortgage application process.
  • Engage with prescreened hot leads generated through our inhouse marketing efforts contacted by our concierge team.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtually or inperson) to discuss mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of mortgage products market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize our comprehensive CRM system to manage client interactions and ensure timely followups.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and other team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals.




Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • License: Must hold a valid Mortgage Agent License (Level One or Level Two).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
  • DetailOriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
